Please share with the Beauties what is your definition of beauty?
The definition of beauty to me is the ability to own your zone of brilliance in the marketplace. Showing up unapologetically in your gifting, talents, and ability. I thought women embrace this characteristic easily, however, I find that is not the case. So many women come to me asking me how I am so confident. I love sharing strategies, tools, and tips that I use every day to own that confidence. To own that true definition of beauty.

Carter Strategies offers coaching and consulting to professionals and businesses. As a professional woman in business I found similarities and differences in building my marriage and my message. Some of the difficulties I found with both seem overwhelming. When I reached out to other women while doing market research I quickly found out I was not alone. I made it my mission to help other women while getting help. From my struggles birth The Bra~less Experience™️ which is a platinum business coaching program for married professional women. Empowering women to let go of the preconceived ideas and understand God’s design for intimacy in their marriage.
What's your best seller and do you have anything about to launch?
A 12 week program that I have called The Bra~less Experience™️ Empowers women to show up unapologetically in her brilliance, her business, and her bedroom.
And recently, due to the civil unrest in our world, my Heart-centered Diversity and Inclusion Intensive Workshop is highly requested.
I’ve recently published two books this year for my 44th birthday. I am really excited about these books because one talks about the detailed story of why I help married professional women with my story in an anthology entitled, Her Business and Her Bedroom, The other is a book entitled, Maximize T.I.M.E. 44 Strategies To Effectively Manage Your Time From Motherhood To CEO.
I am really excited about these projects because they are considered passion projects of mine. As I am launching my double books I’m also coupling it with double bonuses. Fun fact about yourself?
I love to sing and my husband and I sing karaoke every Sunday night for date night! Trust me, when I sing Whitney Houston’s I wanna dance with somebody, I bring the house down. It’s so much fun!
Do you have any awards or special recognition that you would like to share?
I’m really excited to be a bestselling author, a talk show host, and a nomination recipient of Ebook of the year.
What inspires you?
I am inspired daily knowing that I am enough right now to change somebody’s life for the rest of their life.
Society tells me to look outward to find who I am but I have learned that I look inward to discover who I am.
I don’t have to try and find myself because I’m not lost. I just have to discover myself from within.
Once I can do that then I’ll tell the market who I am the market doesn’t tell me.
