Here are a couple of tips to fight off the winter dryness.

For a natural glow, even during the winter season...DRINK plenty of water, while limiting caffeinated drinks. So many people underestimate the power of water. But your body needs it to survive. Try it!

Also, using coconut oil, or shea & cocoa butters on the skin helps to hydrate and fight off dry, itchy skin. Don't be afraid to moisturize right after showering or bathing. Trust me it's a great thing and your skin will be happy this winter.
