Skin Care

Here are just a few helpful tips to achieve and keep healthy skin:

  1. Exfoliate your skin. There is nothing like looking at dull, dry, scaly skin with makeup on top of it. Not a cute look EVER!
  2. Moisturize. Skin is your largest organ on your body. You need to nourish it by pampering it with creams, moisturizers, and balms.
  3. Exercise. This is something that I'm definitely getting back in to a consistent routine of doing. Exercise not only keeps your body fit and toned but helps eliminates toxins in the body.
  4. Drink water, take vitamins, and eat healthy. There's no explanation on this. Just do it. Trust me your body will thank you.
  5. Eliminate drugs and alcohol. I've never seen a healthy or sexy druggie or alcoholic. Take care of yourself, love yourself from the inside out, and your skin will be naturally RADIANT.  
  6. Lastly, for severe, or possibly serious skin conditions consult with your doctor or dermatologist to discuss the best skin care regime for you.
