Skin Care
Here are just a few helpful tips to achieve and keep healthy skin:
- Exfoliate your skin. There is nothing like looking at dull, dry, scaly skin with makeup on top of it. Not a cute look EVER!
- Moisturize. Skin is your largest organ on your body. You need to nourish it by pampering it with creams, moisturizers, and balms.
- Exercise. This is something that I'm definitely getting back in to a consistent routine of doing. Exercise not only keeps your body fit and toned but helps eliminates toxins in the body.
- Drink water, take vitamins, and eat healthy. There's no explanation on this. Just do it. Trust me your body will thank you.
- Eliminate drugs and alcohol. I've never seen a healthy or sexy druggie or alcoholic. Take care of yourself, love yourself from the inside out, and your skin will be naturally RADIANT.
- Lastly, for severe, or possibly serious skin conditions consult with your doctor or dermatologist to discuss the best skin care regime for you.
